Comprehensive Water Heater Maintenance with HD Supply
with Alyn Bailey

Learn the basics for trouble shooting water heater maintenance and take away advanced training for repair of both gas and electric water heaters. This 2.5 hour class is an introduction and overview of operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a typical residential grade water heater tank. The course will present and clarify operation fundamentals of the Natural Gas burner and In-Tank Electrode Element water heaters, and typical equipment parts layout and design. It will identify major serviceable components and maintenance procedures used to set-up, operate, troubleshoot, repair, and clean a typical residential grade water heater.

  • Attorney Jay Koritzinsky
    • Jay D. Koritzinsky’s practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, landlord/tenant and fair housing matters, and collection cases.  Jay has significant experience in these areas, including an active courtroom practice.  As a regular lecturer in these areas of the law, Jay has a broad knowledge in these areas and can offer relevant assistance to our clients in these areas. Jay represents a large number of property owners and management companies, and assists them with leasing issues, evictions, collections, fair housing matters, and other advice as needed.  His long history of representing these clients has allowed him to develop a very positive reputation in these areas of the law.
  • Elizabeth Thelen
    • Elizabeth is the founder/President of Be! and owner/COO of Slinger Super Speedway.  The team at Be! focuses on coaching, facilitating and leading at a variety of levels within numerous industries.  We focus on how to be who you are, do what you love, have what you want for yourself, your organization or your region.  Elizabeth is also a partner with her husband owning and operating Slinger Super Speedway.   • Brandon Culpepper
    • Milwaukee native and international business man, is deeply rooted in the development of the people, communities and areas that make up the City of Milwaukee.  As a graduate of the University of Minnesota, a former NFL prospect and professional rugby player, Mr. Culpepper’s development and marketing experiences have afforded him the opportunity to do business with the City of Atlanta, City of New York and the City of Milwaukee, organizations and companies both nationally and abroad.  He is a visionary thinker whose mission is to provide the highest quality experience for all he encounters, with the goal of creating well rounded citizens who take their education and play to higher levels.
  • Gretchen Richards
    • Gretchen Richards, CCIM, is a Vice President with CBRE, Inc. in Madison, WI. Richards specializes in multifamily investment sales as a part of the Capital Markets Investment Properties team. Prior to joining CBRE Madison, Gretchen worked as a Commercial Real Estate Lender, a Leasing Director with a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), and sales professional with a Madison-based Berkshire Hathaway affiliate. Gretchen’s experience spans many aspects of multifamily investments – from ground-up construction to equity placement, and asset or portfolios sales.
  • Dennis Rhodes
    • Dennis has 20+ years of commercial real estate lending experience and specializes in financing multi-family properties. Dennis grew up in northern Illinois and along with his wife and 2 kids moved to the Madison area 10 years ago.
